At Everbloom, we take pride in crafting each floral piece by hand with great care and attention to detail. As every arrangement is made to order, we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@everbloomau.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include the following details:
• Full Name
• Order Number
• Date of Purchase
• Shipping Address
• 2–3 images clearly showing the damage
Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. We aim to make this process as smooth and supportive as possible.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
