Refunds & Returns

At Everbloom, we take pride in crafting each floral piece by hand with great care and attention to detail. As every arrangement is made to order, we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or faulty.


Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@everbloomau.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include the following details:

Full Name

Order Number

Date of Purchase

Shipping Address

2–3 images clearly showing the damage

Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


1. Exchanges

If an incorrect item has been received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days at no additional cost, unless delayed by stock or logistics conditions.


2. Refunds

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our logistics team will assess the severity of the damage and arrange an appropriate refund or compensation within 1–3 business days after review.

Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for further assistance.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, subject to a $50 AUD processing fee.
If the order has already been dispatched or prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Orders cancelled after 2 hours are non-refundable.
