We offer fast and reliable delivery Australia-wide, handcrafted from our studio to your door with care.
Please note that a minimum order value of AUD $60 is required for delivery. Orders below AUD $60 will not be processed or shipped.
Orders (non-remote areas) enjoy FREE standard shipping.
Orders to remote areas incur an additional AUD $35 surcharge.
Remote Areas include: Ulverstone (TAS), Ingham (QLD), Kadina (SA), Myaree (WA), etc.
If the system displays an incorrect shipping fee or fails to recognise your postcode, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to assist.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Each order is carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email — tracking may take 1–5 business days to activate. During public holidays or peak order periods, please allow extra time for processing.
As each floral piece is handmade to order, please allow 10–15 business days for delivery.
However, for certain popular items such as the Classic Red “The Little Everlasting Rose” and selected colors of the Octagonal Flora Acrylic Box (Tall & Short), if stock is available in our Queensland warehouse, your order will typically arrive within 1–5 business days (Brisbane customers may also opt for local pickup).

Our products are dispatched from either our Brisbane warehouse or our Guangzhou studio, depending on stock availability and product type.

All prices on our website are shown in AUD and are inclusive of all applicable Australian taxes. As we handle all shipping and import arrangements, customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
In the rare event that an import inspection incurs additional fees, these will be covered by Everbloom, not the customer.
